Cancellation & Refund Policy – Vaidhya

Vaidhyaa provides a platform for booking appointments with healthcare providers. This policy governs cancellations and refunds.

1. Appointment Cancellation

By User:

  • Users may cancel appointments before the scheduled time.

  • Cancellation eligibility depends on timing and provider policy.

By Provider:

  • If a doctor/hospital cancels, the user will be notified.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will be processed in the following cases:

  • Appointment cancelled by provider → Full refund

  • User cancels within allowed time → Full or partial refund

  • Technical failure (e.g., video consultation issue) → Full refund

No refund may be provided if:

  • User cancels late

  • Appointment is completed

3. Refund Process
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • Processing time depends on the payment provider (typically 5–7 business days)

4. Subscription
  • Subscription payments are non-refundable once activated

  • Refunds may be considered only before activation

5. Platform Role

Vaidhyaa only facilitates bookings and payments.

Actual services are provided by healthcare providers.
